Ervaring met Illicium floridanum?

Zijn er mensen die ervaringen hebben met de Illicium floridanum? Ik ben benieuwd naar de ervaringen betreft de winterhardheid. Er stond zone 7 bij vermeld, het zou dus moeten kunnen.

hoi,
ik heb reeds een paar jaar deze illicium floridanum staan, vorig jaar en dit jaar heeft hij heel wat te verduren gehad en al de bladeren zijn er terug af, hij staat wel op vochtige grond, maar deze temperaturen zijn volgens mij wel op het nippertje .
Daarnaast heb ik een illicium anisatum staan en deze staat er zonder schade bij, deze lijkt iets meer winterhard,maar de bloemen zijn niet zo mooi als de eerste

Ik heb een paar verschillende Illiciums maar weet nog niet hoe ze de winter hebben overleefd.
